SPINAL ADJUSTMENT

The chiropractic spinal adjustment is a procedure in which trained chiropractors use their hands or an instrument to apply a controlled, sudden force to spinal joints which include the cervical spine(neck) thoracic spine (mid-back), lower back (lumbar spine) sacrum and pelvis. The goal of chiropractic adjustment, also known as spinal manipulation, is to correct structural misalignments, improper biomechanics and improve your body’s function.
